Clinical profile
Tanya Morosoli is a clinical neuropsychologist and BCIA-certified NeurofeedbackA therapist with over 24 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Her work focuses on emotion regulation, cognitive disorders, and functional rehabilitation after brain injuries. She places particular emphasis on individualized support, neuroregulation, and sustainable change.
Therapeutic approach
In her clinical work, Tanya Morosoli combines qEEG-based and ISF-Neurofeedback with complementary methods such as photobiomodulation and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). Their approach combines neuroscientific findings with a personal and human-centered perspective to promote self-regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being.
Training and certifications
Tanya Morosoli studied psychology at the University of Geneva and completed further studies in neuroscience at the University of Barcelona and in clinical neuropsychology at the European University Miguel de Cervantes.
In addition, she completed further training in clinical research at Harvard Medical School ("Principles and Practice of Clinical Research"), where she later worked as a Senior Teaching Assistant and Site Director for Mexico City.
She has been BCIA-certified in the field since 2008. Neurofeedback (BCN). In Switzerland, she is recognized by the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP) and holds ASCA and RME accreditations for biofeedback and Neurofeedback-Services.
She completed her training in qEEG-based [method/technology] back in 2005. Neurofeedback with Barry Sterman.
Professional experience and teaching
In 2006, Tanya Morosoli founded a neuropsychological clinic in Mexico, where she developed an interdisciplinary and integrative clinical model. Today she works in Switzerland and supports therapists internationally on their path to BCIA certification.
She teaches at accredited institutions Neurofeedback-Training in English, Spanish and French and has extensive experience in clinical supervision, training and international Workshops.
Tanya Morosoli is a founding member and former president of the Mexican Society for Organic and NeurofeedbackFurthermore, she served on the board of the International Society for Neuroregulation & Research (ISNR) for five years, and was its president from 2023 to 2024. She is currently a member of the ISNR's Advisory Board.
Research and international activities
Tanya Morosoli is internationally committed to the further development of Neurofeedback and neuroregulation. She contributes to the dissemination of specialist knowledge through teaching, scientific presentations, and international conferences. She is currently an Associate Editor of the journal NeuroRegulation.
For her international cooperation and commitment, she received both the ISNR Presidential Award of Merit and the Joseph & Ann Marie Horvat Distinguished Service Award in 2021.
