Clinical and scientific profile

Dr. Dimitris Messinis combines systems biology with clinical practice. Neurofeedback and health optimization. He holds a PhD in systems biology and has more than 15 years of experience in biomedical research.

His professional experience includes positions at the US FDA's Office of Clinical Pharmacology and Philip Morris International Research & Development, where he led studies on the mechanisms of action of plant alkaloids.

Today, Dr. Messinis works in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where he applies a systems medicine approach to the regulation of brain and body.

Precision Health and Innovation

Dr. Dimitris Messinis is the founder of deepcare.ch, a program for precision medical diagnostics, and co-founder of nuuro.com, an AI-powered platform for personalized nutrition.

His work focuses on combining modern diagnostics, continuous monitoring, and individualized interventions. He integrates approaches from Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, photobiomodulation, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

Focus on qEEG and Neurofeedback

At the heart of his clinical work lies the conviction that brain regulation is the decisive factor for sustainable health optimization. Dr. Messinis believes that the full 19-channel qEEG is one of the most underestimated diagnostic tools in this field.

He works particularly with Full-qEEG, Neurofeedback and phenotype-based approaches to visualize neurophysiological patterns and derive targeted interventions.

Presentation at the symposium

Systems Thinking in Health Optimization: The Case for Full qEEG

Health optimization has converged on a multi-modal, personalized approach: deep diagnostics, continuous tracking, integrated lifestyle interventions. Yet the brain often remains the least-measured pillar. In this talk, Dr. Dimitris Messinis explains why full 19-channel qEEG may be one of the most important and underused tools in modern health optimization.
