- The biofield baking mechanism and how it works
- Learning theory of conditioning
- Application in the field of peripheral biofeedback
- Biofeedback via skin resistance and heart rate variability
- Stress and stress processing – what is disturbed regulation?
- Basics of the formation of the EEG and brain waves
- The EEG as an indicator of disorders
- Practice: Self-experience of biofeedback (skin resistance, heart rate variability)
Day 2
- Repetition unit
- Slow waves: Delta, Theta, Alpha and their characteristics
- Fast waves: low beta, medium beta, high beta and gamma
- Assessment, testing, initiation and justification of treatment
- Introduction to quantitative EEG using standard value methods
- Recording brain waves made easy – international positioning system

Do I have to bring my own equipment?
During the course, two participants will work with a fully equipped NeurofeedbackSystem (software and hardware) to ensure optimal learning success. We provide the equipment.
We will also be happy to advise you on further purchasing decisions relating to Neurofeedback.
